Our home could be the perfect Vermont getaway space for your family and friends to gather and spend quality time together. With over 4,300 sqft, 5 bedrooms and 5 full bathrooms you'll have plenty of room. It is located approximately 3 minutes from base lodge at Stratton Village & within a beautiful private neighborhood for cozy ski getaways or warmer weather fun!

Ski, snow mobile, mountain bike, golf, tennis, hiking, shopping & dining...Stratton Mountain and the surrounding area offers it all during any season. There is more fun to be had the nearby town of Manchester which offers plenty of restaurants, antique shops and outlet shopping.
THE SPACE
The entry into the house is on the lower level directly into the mudroom area with plenty of space to store all of your ski gear. This floor also includes a laundry area, full bath, sauna and a large playroom with TV and plenty of games for all.

The main level consists of an open floor plan with high ceilings, a spacious kitchen, a living room, and a dining area. The kitchen is outfitted with stainless-steel appliances and beautiful stone countertops. It is well equipped to meet all your cooking needs. The living area is centered around a working brick fireplace. Our large, comfortable sofa surrounds the fireplace making it a perfect place to read, watch television, play games or simply relax. In addition, this floor includes four bedrooms and another full bathroom in the hallway.

1. Bedroom 1: The master bedroom with large oversized ensuite with soaking tub
2. Bedroom 2: A king size bed
3. Bedroom 3: A queen size bed
4. Bedroom 4: The bunk room with ensuite (4 bunk beds and a full bed in the loft).

The third level has a full bath and Bedroom 5: A full size bed.

All bedrooms (except the bunk room) have their own smart TV.

THINGS TO DO
Southern Vermont has fun activities available all year round!

In the Winter, take your pick of which mountain you wish to ski – Stratton (1 mile) Bromley (12 mi.), Magic (12 mi), Mount Snow (17 mi.) and Okemo (27 mi.). We are also conveniently located close to the VAST trails (visit vtvast.org for more information), so bring your snowmobile, strap on some snowshoes or grab a pair of cross-country skis and head into the trails.

Traveling spring through fall? Enjoy all Vermont has to offer with nearby golfing, hiking, ATV riding, biking, swimming, and kayaking just to name a few. Not to mention beautiful leaf peeping season. Also be sure to check out the local spas, Wine & Beer festivals, and flea markets.
OTHER
• Security Cameras: We have security cameras on the exterior of the house. This is for the protection of both renters and our home.
• Parking: There is enough parking for two vehicles in the garage and plenty more in the driveway.
• Sporting Equipment: We do not provide any sporting equipment. There are many convenient places you can rent nearby.

Located in Winhall, this vacation home is in the mountains. Stratton Mountain Resort and Mount Snow are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda. Bromley Alpine Slide and Vermont Summer Festival are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling.
