Welcome to our upscale, spacious 3 br/2 ba home, located in a quiet neighborhood Bokeelia. Here, you and your family can enjoy the serenity that nature provides in the comfort of a home equipped with all the modern conveniences.
The space: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, formal dining room, living room, covered lanai, covered front porch/lanai, fully fenced yard, a garage. Large community pool, tennis court and a nice playground with slides, is located a short drive away. For security reasons, there are two exterior cameras (audio/video)-one in each of the lanais (front and back porch) but there are no cameras inside the home.
Bokeelia is home to this vacation home. Calusa Heritage Trail and Royal Tee Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Tropical Breeze Fun Park and Bowland Coral Lanes. Mike Greenwell's Bat-A-Ball & Family Fun Park and Sun Splash Water Park are also worth visiting.
