Villa SouthCape is located in the privileged yacht club area. In this historic part of Cape Coral you will find the special Florida ambience with its Key West style. All pictures are taken september 2023. The villa is south-facing on a large property at the end of a quiet dead-end road. The beaches of Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva are just a short drive away over the Cape Coral Bridge, or by boat from your private dock through the salt water channels, where you can get to the river towards the Gulf of Mexico in a short drive.

We renovated our dream house with love from January through May 2011 inside and outside, with the bathrooms and kitchen entirely renovated and decorated the house in a Florida beach style. In 2012 a high performance solar pool heating system was installed and in April 2013 the whole water supply of the house was converted to another solar and eco-friendly and low energy system. We have revamped the tropical garden with many palm trees carefully with a landscape gardener, new plants and a romantic lighting.
The villa, bedrooms and bathrooms: The villa is about 200 sq.m in size, , and is fully air conditioned with an open floor plan and is tiled throughout. All rooms have ceiling fans and the windows have a special sun screening.

Villa SouthCape is equipped for 6 people. There is a large "Caribbean" master suite with a king-size bed, the "Peppermint" bedroom with a queen-size bed and a finally, the "Crystalwater" bedroom with 2 twin beds and an extra cot. All rooms are equipped with high quality mattresses and spacious walk-in closets. The 3 bedrooms have two separate bathrooms which can be reached from each room. The master suite has its own area of the house and direct access to the pool.

Both bathrooms are modern, newly designed at a high level and fully equipped. Both have walk-in showers and the master bathroom also has an additional corner bath and 2 sinks.

The pool area, terrace and the Tiki-Hut dock: the villa has a large pool area with a roofed and protected terrace. The large curved pool has solar heating, heat pump and a thermal cover to maintain a pleasant temperature even during the winter.

The pool area has an own bathroom with toilet and sink, as well as an outdoor shower. The illuminated and electrically-heated Jacuzzi goes well with a relaxing and hydro massage with a cocktail.

On the large and covered terrace (Lanai), there is comfortable furniture, 4 sun loungers, a gas barbecue, fans and an intercom with an MP3 connection and a baby phone. The whole pool area is screened with a fine grid which will protect from insects and reduce direct sunexposure.

A special is the large dock with boat lift, captains walk, the sun deck and Tiki-Hut with relaxing chairs.

Kitchen, breakfast nook, multimedia, living room: The open-plan kitchen has a comfortable breakfast area with secure pool access. You will find new, high quality equipment and a complete set of appliances for cooking, dining, drinking and baking.

All rooms of the villa and the pool area have an intercom with a radio, media player (MP3, iPod) and baby phone all in one. The house has a security alarm and an emergency calling system for medical services. You have access to the internet through a high speed connection. Technical equipment is up-to-date: 42-inch HD-LED TV; cable TV with 120 channels and movie on demand; Blu-ray and DVD player as well as a sound bar with an iPod connection. 2 wireless phones with free of charge local and long-distance calls are available.

The front area of the house with dinner and lounge is open and friendly decorated with views of the tropical landscapes towards the garden and has access to the pool area.

Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Caloosahatchee, a neighborhood in Cape Coral. Key West Express and Dolphin Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Sanibel Island Southern Beach and Rotary Park Environmental Center. Traveling with kids? Consider Lakes Regional Park, or check out an event or a game at JetBlue Park at Fenway South.
