Pacific Flyaway has a supreme location, spectacular views of the ocean and fairway, and dazzling sunsets, plus all the amenities you would expect at Bodega Harbour. There's a unique atmosphere about this home. When you enter this beautiful home and move through its spaces, you will first notice the bright and airy great room, naturally illuminated by the skylights and expansive windows. You will find comfort punctuated with design and color in the quality contemporary furnishings and thoughtful artwork. You will be delighted by the views of the Pacific Ocean, Bodega Head, and Doran Beach from the living room, dining room, and primary bedroom. You will also be entertained by the golfers on the 15th fairway, as well as parades of egrets, herons, and gulls.
Pacific Flyaway is a spacious three-bedroom home with two spa-like bathrooms that were recently remodeled. The kitchen is a chef's delight with plenty of counter space, equipped with all the tools and gadgets you may need to whip up a fabulous meal. The living room has a log-burning fireplace and a large sofa for socializing, watching TV, or just lounging. The south-facing deck is protected from prevailing northwest winds. Several access trails lead to many nearby beaches. Come enjoy coastal living in an exceptional home and location!
"Pacific Flyaway" is owned by bird enthusiasts, and named after the Pacific Flyway 4,000-mile bird migration route that crosses over Bodega Bay. Millions of birds take this route that runs north and south along the Pacific Coast of North and South America. It's one of four major flyways that span the continent, and is bordered by the Rocky Mountains to the east and the Pacific Ocean to the west. The flyway extends from Alaska and Canada in the north, through California, and down to Mexico and South America.
