This award-winning home boasts unique architectural charm with rounded rooms and vaulted ceilings. The open floor plan merges the spacious kitchen with the living area, ideal for family gatherings.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a 36” professional gas range, appliances, and a dishwasher, and features a dining table for 10. Relax by the wood-burning fireplaces or catch up on your favorite shows with flat screen TVs, DVD/Blu-Ray, and Amazon Fire Sticks.
The master bedroom offers a private retreat with a queen bed, twin memory foam roll-out bed, and an en-suite bathroom. The guest room features a queen bed, while the kid’s room is furnished with a twin over full bunk bed and a twin pull-out trundle, accommodating up to four. Additional sleeping options include a queen memory foam foldout bed in the living room.
For added entertainment, enjoy the separate game room with a pool table. Outdoor amenities include a gas BBQ, large deck, and a spa for ultimate relaxation. The vacant treed lot next door provides added privacy and opportunities for winter snow play.
Important Policies:
No Pets: The homeowner has severe allergies. Non-compliance will result in the forfeiture of your full deposit.
No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited inside the house and game room.
Pool Table: Do not move the pool table. Moving the table will forfeit your full deposit and cover any additional repair costs.
Ursa Manor is a handicap-friendly property with wide doorways and a single-story layout for easy accessibility.
