Gorgeous 3500 sq. ft home near the base of Snow Summit in Big Bear! This home sleeps up to 16 people and can fit up 4 cars (2 in garage, and 2 in driveway). There are 4 bedrooms & 4.5 bathrooms.
This home boasts a large living room with fire place, dining room, and large kitchen area for entertaining.
Off the dining room you will find your way through double French doors to the spacious deck and fenced yard with a BBQ, seating area & private Hot Tub!
Steps off the kitchen is a large bonus room that has a sectional sofa with a pull out bed, a shuffleboard game and a large screen TV - great for family movie nights! There is also 1 bedroom and 2 full baths on this level.
Located on the 2nd level is a large loft with couches, TV, Poker/Game Table, and Foosball Table. Along with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Whether you find yourself on the slopes during the winter months or on the lake during the summer months, this home has everything you need to have a great vacation in Big Bear!! We look forward to having you stay at our beautiful cabin!

****PET POLICY****PETS MUST BE APPROVED WITH OWNER PRIOR TO ARRIVAL
(Marking on vrbo platform for pet alone is not sufficient, must notify owner through the messaging system)
PET FEES & RULES
- Pet fee $25 per day / per dog
- Absolutely NO CATS Allowed (owner severely allergic)
- Dogs are only allowed in NON- carpeted areas (livingroom, dining, kitchen, laundry room)
- Pets are NOT allowed upstairs at any time for any reason
-If caught with an unauthorized pet staying on premises, pet fee + $250 fee will be charged and/or we could ask you to vacate the property
- Please note, there could be FEES up to $1000 for pet fur &/or feces found in the carpeted areas or on the furniture or bedding, as we may have to purchase new items and/or professionally steam clean carpets and furniture

When possible we Love to allow our guests to have EARLY Check IN's & LATE Check Out's, but this just depends upon availability.
*Check in information will be provided 2 days prior to arrival
*Fees/Loss of Deposit & Being asked to leave without a refund will be applied for unauthorized parties and noise complaints from Neighbors and/or City of Big Bear
*BBQ Propane - we supply only the tanks for guests to use. We do NOT supply any Propane.
If tanks are empty, guests may swap out tanks at thier own expense. There is a Walgreens about 2 min away.
Located in Big Bear Lake, this vacation home is in the city center. Big Bear Mountain Resort and Snow Summit are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit The Village. Traveling with kids? Consider Bowling Barn and Big Bear Solar Observatory. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling and ice skating.
