The private beach is just an easy half-block walk via a boardwalk over the dunes. Enjoy a friendly match or just work on your forehand and backhand serves on the on-site tennis court. Pickleball nets are also available! The Delaware Seashore - Fresh Pond trailhead is only three miles away. Golfers in the group will enjoy some fabulous nearby golf options, including The Salt Pond Golf Club and Bear Trap Dunes.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
Leashed dogs are only allowed on the beach from Oct 1 - May 14.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
