Sea Colony's Edgewater House is the hub of activity at Sea Colony including entertainment activities.

Just 36 steps to the elevator where you begin your short journey to the beach or the outdoor pools. Then take 180 steps to the beach or only 60 steps to the outdoor pools!!

Large, light-filled rooms are perfect for gatherings, a good book or streaming movie / TV, and board or Sony Play Station games (console & some games supplied). There are fabulous ocean views from the living and dining rooms, kitchen, and master bedroom.

The fully equipped chef's kitchen is matched by the large light-filled rooms, decorated with Platinum level appointments. The master bedroom has pillow-top king-size bed from Broyhill and has a 43 inch 4K HD smart TV, DVD/VCR and private bath.

The second bedroom has a day bed and a twin bed with Sony flat panel TV. Additional guests may sleep on the 2 complementary roll-away beds.

Provided to enhance your stay and for the occasional rainy day; HD flat screen TV with 5.1 surround sound system in living room, TV’s with DVD/VCR player in both bedrooms.
