Outside you’ll find a deck with retractable awning and a fenced yard for privacy and protection. In addition, a lockable shed is available for your bicycles and beach toys. There is free WI-FI, a private laundry room with NEW washer/dryer and of course – CENTRAL A/C. For golfers, there are several notable courses and clubs within a 5 mile radius. Though the garage is not a shared space - there is AMPLE parking for a 20ft trailer. So bring your boat, muscle car and/or motorcycle to keep it off the roadway. For those who love the beach, parking passes for Ocean Pines Beach Club provided at no charge. The OP beach club is ocean front on 49th street. It has bathroom and shower access as well as volleyball, pool (cost per entry/day for pool use) and full service restaurant/bar to meet all your needs.
Just minutes to the beaches, yet removed from the bustle, Ocean Pines offers 4 pools, 1 indoor (cost is $8 per entry/day for pool use) and a Yacht club and Marina. NO CHARGE amenities such as a boat launch and a small sandy beach on the St. Martens River, walking and biking trails throughout the community, parks, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts and a skate park are also free to use. Nearby attractions include Ocean Downs Casino, fine dining, quality takeout, shopping/outlets, Go-Karts and Frontier Land.

The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
