The island may be easily reached by two Wilderness (top grade) double kayaks and one Wilderness single Kayak provided by owner to qualified guests. Cottage is located near Assawoman Bay, known for its delicious flounder, blue crabs and clams. Ocean city is just minutes away to the east from the downtown boardwalk and to the west, the historic town of Berlin that was the filming location for Violets are Blue, Tuck Everlasting, and Runaway Bride.

Snug Harbor is a small, peaceful waterfront community that is buffered from the noise, traffic and the 350,000 vacationers that occupy Ocean City in the summer. It is conveniently located approximately three miles from the White Marlin Mall or less to the Sunset Marina, home to some of the best seafood dining facilities that you will find anywhere.
