Each beautifully appointed condo is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining on your private veranda. This property is located 2.5 miles south of the San Pedro Mosquito Coast Area. It is the base for the South Ambergris Caye Neighborhood watch, making the South of the Island a very safe area for all.

For some added fun, we’ve also expanded our beach games. Our volleyball net was a big hit with guests this year, and we’ve now added spikeball so everyone can enjoy even more outdoor fun during their stay.
