This ground floor condo is in a 13 unit beachfront complex just south of San Pedro on Ambergris Caye -- the Belize Barrier Reef is only ½ mile (1 km) away and you can see the waves crashing over it from the resort. What a view!

This one bedroom/one bath condo has a covered porch with a fabulous view overlooking the pool and the sea.

You enter the condo into the spacious living/dining area. You’ll find comfortable chairs and a futon as well as dining seating for four both at the table and the counter. Just beyond is the fully equipped kitchen, a little farther is the full bath (with glass tiled shower), and then the bedroom with king bed.

Sunset Beach Resort is located 2.5 miles/4 km south of the town core, which means you are away from the crowds yet still within easy reach of everything. In the neighborhood we have:

--Suya Tour operator (1 minute walk)
--Marin’s, a small grocery store (2 minute walk)
--A few good restaurants, including an over-the-water bar/restaurant (2-15 minute walk)

And there are more shopping, restaurant & entertainment options on the way to & in town, which is not far away!

The Belize Barrier Reef, the longest in the western hemisphere, is very close to shore making the area ideal for scuba diving, snorkeling and fishing; other water sports are also popular!

It's easy to take a day trip to the mainland to visit Maya sites such as Altun Ha and Lamanai; or to observe some of the 500 species of birds found in Belize and/or catch a glimpse of monkeys, manatees and crocodiles in the wild!

An onsite staff person will meet you for check-in & to provide you with a key; we will need to know your island arrival plans (& would be happy to help with the logistics!) in advance in order to facilitate this.

Jet skiing, scuba diving, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with ecotours nearby.
