This home offers 4 fully furnished bedrooms: the master features a king sized bed, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 with a pair of twin beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking instruments to entertain and feel at home. It includes a microwave hood, dishwasher, and a full size refrigerator with filtered water. All small appliances are including such as a toaster, crock-pot, coffee maker, blender, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, flatware and much, much more. We have a 70” HDTV in the living room and 55” HDTV in the master suite as well as a 40” in the loft area. The living room and master suite TVs have Directv while the loft has access to Hulu Live, Netflix and Amazon Video only.

Extra items included with your rental: DVD movies, XBO can be added with request, board games, an iron & full size ironing board, patio table & chairs, Baby crib, gate and booster seats. gas grill, toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, and basic soaps and shampoos. The house is also equipped with wireless internet for your convenience.

There is parking available in our 2 car garage w/remote opener as well as room for 2 cars in the driveway. On street parking is also available throughout the year.
