Our Fountain Hills resort-style home has recently undergone an almost complete home remodel and is perfect for families and groups looking for space to relax and entertain. We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and plenty of space to spread out with an open living area perfect for spending time together. A resort style backyard, complete with 6-hole putting green, heated pool, hot tub, patio lounge and dining table, fire pit and space for yard games. Just minutes away from great hiking, biking, restaurants, and entertainment. Grocery shopping nearby and wonderful park with playground equipment and basketball courts only a few blocks away.

Our home is conveniently stocked with all the basics you will need to feel right at home! We also high speed Wifi, Smart TV's, fully stocked kitchens, complimentary coffee, bath essentials, and freshly laundered linens and towels.
Kitchen

Our kitchen has recently been renovated to include a large island perfect for people to gather and enjoy time together while preparing food or enjoying a meal together. For the Chef in the family, the kitchen has been fully stocked with cooking utensils and pot/pans and has all the modern appliances including coffee makers, blender, etc.

Dining Area

Our dining area is open to the living room and kitchen so it feels very spacious and welcoming. There is a large table perfect dining or family game nights. Double sliding glass doors open out to the back yard bringing the outside in.

Living Room

Ample sectional seating with multiple reclining spots and another over-sized sofa offer plenty of seating. Enjoy the flat screen smart tv with streaming services.

Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms are stocked with items including: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels. The ensuite bath off of the master bedroom includes a luxurious walk-in shower with dual shower heads and large privacy window letting in lots of natural light. The generous vanity also offers his and her sinks.

Bedrooms

3 spacious bedrooms include quality linens and pillows.

Bedroom 1: One King Bed (en suite master bathroom) with hide-a-chair bed in corner for child or small adult.

Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed and one twin sofa sleeper

Bedroom 3: Two Twin Beds (one trundle under day bed)

Bed 4: Murphey Queen Bed (in finished garage/only available seasonally)

The home can comfortably accommodate 6-8 guests based on double and single occupancy in available beds. We also have a couple air mattresses that can be used in the living spaces as needed.

Please follow our House Rules/Policies/ by booking with us, you are promising the following:

1. Check-in is at 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. You're welcome to request an early check in or late checkout, subject to availability. We are unable to confirm availability until 24 hours prior to arrival or departure.

2. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host.

3. Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9PM-9AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property. We are located in a residential community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment. Local fines up to $10,000 may be assessed if breaking this policy.

4. We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Breaking this rule will incur a fee and removal from the property without refund.

5. We kindly ask that if you area smokeless tobacco user, no spitting in the yard or gravel on premises as well.

6. Pets are not permitted unless you get permission from your host.

7. Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.

8. We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.

9. This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level during the day, but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.

10. Guests are prohibited from carrying or otherwise possessing a firearm at any time on property grounds, including carrying firearms in an open or concealed manner. This policy applies to all types of firearms.

11. Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $25 plus the cost to ship and must be prepared before the item will be sent.

Due to Covid-19, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between each reservation. Providing safe and clean environments for our guests is always our top priority.

Located in Fountain Hills, this vacation home is in the city center and in the mountains. TPC Scottsdale Champions Course and SunRidge Canyon Golf Club are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those in the mood for shopping can visit Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Fiesta. Fountain Hills Botanical Garden and Brunswick Zone are also worth visiting. Swimming offers a great chance to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing nearby.
