4 bedroom 3.5 bath upside down style townhome with 4 decks designed to capture some of the best views on the island. It also features a fenced yard, 4-stop elevator and the full length ground level garage fitted out as a family/games room. As you enter the home the first bedroom is located to your right with the laundry room steps away. A tankless natural gas hot water heater will ensure you never lose hot water. Towards the rear of the home is the second stop of the elevator and a second bedroom. Up the stairs to the second floor is the great room, 3rd elevator stop and a powder room. The open floor plan transitions perfectly from gorgeous kitchen to dining area to living room. All located on the second floor the design will make entertaining a breeze. A large covered fiberglass deck is situated right off the living room providing gorgeous bay views. The third floor was finished with two master suites and the final stop for the elevator. The street side bedroom has an open deck with even greater views of the bay and Avalon s gorgeous sunrises and sunsets. You will appreciate the new building height when you see the view over top all the other homes on the street.
