S&R Beach House is the perfect Oceanfront property. Come enjoy this 'Best in Class' beach house.

Your stress will immediately disappear, and your senses will immediately go into overdrive as you experience this house. Visually, you will be able to see the ocean and the sandy beach for 180 degrees from both inside and outside the house. You will immediately be able to hear the waves crashing and the seagulls squawking from the outside deck. The touch of the sand and the smell of the ocean will take you to that vacation place you have been dreaming of.

Enjoy your vacation at this premier location, on the beach and boardwalk, in the center of Avalon. Perfect ocean views can be seen from the second floor deck, first floor deck, or directly from within the living room or master bedroom. Enjoy the tranquility of the ocean sounds during all periods of the day. This house is steps from the beach, boardwalk and the new Surfside Park! Plus its a very short walk (3 blocks) to the center of the action in town. No need to ever use a car!

This property has two master bedrooms, one located on each floor. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the first floor.

The first floor Master has a Queen size bed and bathroom while the second floor Master has a King size bed and bathroom.

The other two bedrooms on the first floor have a Queen size bed and Twins respectively and share a bathroom.

There are three full bathrooms that have been completely renovated and are gorgeous! We also have a great outdoor shower.

The kitchen is clean, bright and efficient with GE Cafe appliances, including a new beverage center and choice of Keurig K-Duo Plus (pod and carafe).

The living room, and all bedrooms have brand new Sony Flat Screen Smart TV's. We also include hotel style toiletries, coffee and other conveniences.

The laundry room has a new LG Washer and Dryer. T

Surfside Park includes a bathroom facility located closer to the Avalon Boardwalk; changing rooms and rinsing stations for daytime beach visitors; a large lawn area for passive and active recreation; brand new playground equipment that is ADA compliant; a small performance stage; a new ramp leading to the Boardwalk; new landscaping and tree plantings; and two gateway entrances to the Park that provide attractive photography opportunities.

Located in Avalon, this vacation home is in the city center and on the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Sea Isle City Beach and Wildwood Beach, while Cape May County Zoo and Morey's Piers are popular area attractions. Consider Greater Wildwood Elks Lodge for a night out or Raging Waters Water Park if you're traveling with kids.
