As you step through the entrance, you'll be greeted by the cozy embrace of the front lounge room, featuring a cosy wood-fired heater, reverse-cycle air conditioner and floor-to-ceiling windows that flood the space with natural light. Sink into the large, comfy couches and unwind while enjoying a movie on the generously-sized TV. The master bedroom, adjacent to the lounge, beckons with a plush queen bed, black-out blinds, a walk-in robe, and a luxurious ensuite complete with a shower and toilet.
Venture further into the heart of the home to discover the open-plan kitchen and dining area, boasting high vaulted ceilings above a 6-seat dining table and a breakfast bar with stools. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to create delicious meals, including a dishwasher for easy cleanup and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee to kickstart your day.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the second lounge, a versatile space that can serve as a cinema room or a cosy spot for board games. The main bathroom, with a bath, shower, and separate toilet, is conveniently located off this lounge. Bedrooms 2 and 3, each thoughtfully furnished with quality linen, offer a queen bed and a tri-bunk plus a single bed, respectively. Both rooms feature black-out blinds, built-in robes, and a vanity that doubles as a desk space if needed.
For your convenience, a laundry is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Step outside to the backyard oasis—a covered deck with outdoor seating, a BBQ area with an outdoor breakfast table, and a large alfresco dining table beneath the carport.
