Ryeview is a renovated double storey home, just minutes walk from all that Rye has to offer. It has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms; plus 2 Living areas, including 2 kitchens and sleeps up to 8.
There is Parking available for a maximum of 3 vehicles.
Open plan living with Gourmet kitchen upstairs and Kitchenette downstairs, 2 entertaining areas, plasma TV, Blu Ray player, Iphone dock clock radio, stereoCD player, spa bath, BBQ, large fully fenced backyard and 2 outdoor entertaining areas. Ryeview is beautifully appointed, with all the mod cons you could wish for on your holiday.
Ryeview is a short drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs for some pampering; and other attractions such as golf courses; wineries; Maze; horse riding; fishing; surfing; swimming with dolphins and a few minutes' walk to beach and Rye carnival (can leave the car behind).
