This is my home that I rent out when I travel. 2500 sq' house in a lovely, safe, planned 330 home community with pool, tennis/pickleball courts, walking paths, playgrounds and greenbelts. Upscale home is 12 min walk to light rail and 5 min to bus routes. Restaurants and markets are all around. 25 min to airport, 25 min to downtown, 20 min to Cherry Creek shopping/nightlife area.
