The Helena House is an beautiful open-plan home with 3 main-floor bedrooms and 3 more downstairs. Step through the front door into a large family room with vaulted ceilings. attached to a big kitchen with double ovens and a dining room with a gas fireplace and sofa for conversations while making dinner. The table seats 8 and the sliding doors lead to the private back yard with grill and outdoor fireplace. The master bedroom has a huge, attached walk-in closet room, a baby room (or extra storage room), en suite bathroom with big soaking tub, and French doors. Another bedroom, full bath, library bedroom, living room, dining room and kitchen are also on the main floor. Down the stairs is an open office or study area with 2 desks, 2 chairs and printer, 3 larger bedrooms, plus a large full bathroom with luxury steam shower and separate toilet area. The main attraction downstairs is the large game room/media room. Have fun with a foosball table, shuffleboard, wet bar and UHD TV. 20 minutes to LoDo and tech center; 2 minutes to shopping and restaurants. Walk to pizza, froyo and the grocery store.

LOCATION
Your home away from home is located in a small, quiet subdivision a short walk away from Cherry Creek State Park. The paved riverside walkway begins at the end of the road and continues through the park. Cherry Creek State Park is a recreation haven that borders the neighborhood on one side and DTC on the other. Enjoy the lake beach with BBQ, biking and running trails, a shooting range, improved camping sites, boat launch, model airplane field and marina with water sport rentals.
Also within a short walk is a neighborhood park with play area and recreation center with indoor pool (featuring a lazy river and waterslides). You'll also find a skate park, wonderful restaurants, a nail salon, a boutique coffee shop, frozen yogurt shop, amazing NY pizza and more. Corporate headquarters for many businesses are located in the area or a short drive away.

The office features solid walnut desks (2), bookcases and drawers creating the perfect work from home or homework space for two. High-speed internet, a printer and two monitors make this an easy place in which to work. Please note the office is in a large, open area. It can be closed off from the upstairs, but not from the downstairs.

Small pets are OK for long-term stays over 3 months.
Located in Centennial, this vacation home is near theme parks. Travelers eager for a bit of culture can stop by Fiddler's Green Amphitheatre, while those who have shopping on the agenda may want to visit Park Meadows Mall and Cherry Creek Shopping Center. Traveling with kids? Consider Denver Zoo, or check out an event or a game at Denver Broncos Training Camp. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with mountain biking and mountain climbing nearby.
