Master Bedroom has Beautiful Cherry furniture with King size Bed, Dresser, and 32" Flat Screen HDTV. Master Bath has large granite vanity with two sinks and lots of storage. Bedroom #2 has 2 Twin Beds. Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed. All beds are topped with wonderful Memory Foam mattresses. Property has four TVs, two smart TVs and 2 color cable TVs.

New bedding, rugs, and paint throughout this immaculately maintained unit!

Well-equipped kitchen has all Stainless Steel appliances with full size Washer / Dryer. This relaxing unit has Plantation Shutters throughout to block out the light for those who like to sleep late!

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
