Welcome to Perkins Cottage, a breathtaking oceanfront retreat featuring five bedrooms and five baths, with an additional two half baths for added convenience. Positioned along the pristine coastline, this property offers sweeping views of the endless ocean horizon.
Each of the five bedrooms is designed with comfort in mind, providing a peaceful sanctuary for rest and relaxation. While not every bedroom boasts an en-suite bath, the layout ensures ample privacy and convenience for all guests.
The spacious living areas seamlessly blend indoor and outdoor living, allowing you to soak in the coastal ambiance from every corner of the cottage. Step outside onto the expansive deck and breathe in the salty sea air as you take in the panoramic vistas.
Follow the private path down to the sandy beach, where you can enjoy leisurely strolls along the shore, sunbathe, or indulge in water activities right at your doorstep.

WHAT IS PROVIDED:
Spectrum Rental Properties will provide sheets and bath towels. Beach towels and equipment is not provided. If you would like information on beach equipment rentals, we are more than happy to provide you with a list. Properties will be provided with a starter kit in each full bathroom and kitchen. Each kitchen starter kit will contain a small bottle of dish soap, two dishwasher pods, sponge, and two fragrance free laundry pods. The kitchen will also have one extra trash bag
Each bathroom starter kit will contain a travel size shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, makeup wipe, and body bar.
Spectrum Rental Properties is unfortunately not able to provide additional boxes/bags. This is a starter kit; anything additional will be guests responsibility to provide.
PET POLICY:
Dogs are allowed with a $200 + tax non refundable pet fee per dog, with a 3 dog maximum.
Airbnb guests: This fee is NOT included in your final price. Please notify Spectrum Properties once your booking has been confirmed to add this pet fee(s).
VRBO guests: Guests can only add one dog to the reservation. If you are planning to bring more than one dog, please notify Spectrum Properties to add the additional pet fee(s).
Failure to let us know about your pet(s) could result in a $700 fine.

Located in Atlantic Beach, this vacation home is on the beach.
