Super location! Great access to Red Rocks Amphitheater, Denver, Boulder, Golden, Olde Town Arvada and the mountains. You’ll be ideally located to amenities, sites, skiing, golfing or hiking. Easy access to I-70, I-76 and I-36 to Boulder. 20 minutes to Meow Wolf, the Children’s Museum and the Downtown Aquarium. Minutes to the RTD Arvada Ridge Station (the Gold Line), which takes you directly to downtown Denver Union Station (or drive there in 20 minutes!) and many other destinations.
Very comfortable, spacious home sleeps 12 with 7 beds (two KINGS) and 3 bathrooms. When you are not out on adventures, you’ll have plenty of space to relax at the house and super-fast Xfinity internet.

The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a Keurig coffee maker plus pods, hand mixer, crock pot, blender, toaster, cutting boards, spice rack and butcher block knife set in addition to plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, wine glasses, kitchen utensils, measuring cups and silverware. Just add food!
Black-out blinds and quality pillow-top and memory foam mattresses for a great night’s sleep.
The basement provides additional privacy and includes air hockey, desk with executive chair, a 2nd family room with smart tv – perfect for multiple families traveling together, teens or large groups. There is also a spacious bedroom with a huge walk-in closet and a full bath. The Wifi is Xfinity’s top speed for effective connectivity. The laundry room is also located on this level and features new high-end washer and dryer, as well as iron and ironing board.
Step outside to enjoy the fresh Colorado air and spend your evenings relaxing in the privacy of the fenced-in backyard. The backyard offers a furnished deck, partially covered and partially open. Fossil Trace, Indian Tree, Applewood, Hyland Hills and Legacy Ridge are all nearby for golfing. Hiking options are endless. World-class ski resorts are only 1-1.5 hours away.
