The main gathering place is the living/dining/kitchen, which has a coffee station for your morning enjoyment! Lots of natural lighting radiates throughout this fully (2022) remodeled home. The “fun” is in the game room and bar, equipped with both a beverage refrigerator and a wine cooler, the movie theater room seats 12 with a HD projector for your movie entertainment, Disney Plus, ESPN, and more. Enjoy a cook-out on the covered patio, with a large gas grill, and plenty of seating. Great place for the whole family from little ones…parents…and grand parents, all under one roof with plenty of space for everyone. PLEASE PARK ONLY IN DRIVEWAY OR IN FRONT OF MY HOME…NOT IN FRONT OF NEIGHBORS ACROSS THE STREET! NO KEG OR LOUD OUTDOOR PARTY’S AND NO SMOKING OR VAPING INSIDE HOME! We have installed security cameras mounted on the exterior corners of the house to view the city streets, sidewalk, and driveway for your protection, as well as ours.
