The spacious living area is flooded with natural light and features high ceilings, large windows, and tasteful furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true for any home chef, boasting brand new stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and all the necessary cookware and utensils to prepare delicious meals. The adjacent dining area is perfect for enjoying family meals or hosting dinner parties with friends.

Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully decorated to provide a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The primary bedroom features a luxurious queen-size bed and private en-suite bathroom, perfect for added comfort and privacy. The second bedroom includes a twin-over-full bunk bed ideal for kids, while the third bedroom offers a cozy queen bed. These two rooms share a stylishly appointed full bathroom. We appreciate that the overwhelming majority of our guests are respectful of our property and a pleasure to host. These house rules are in place to ensure the best quality visit for all of our great guests:

- Please be respectful of the neighbors. Quiet hours are: 10pm to 8am

- Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $1,000.

- Pets allowed with permission and reservation. The pet fee is $250 per reservation. Please add pets to the reservation under the `Add guests` tab in the search bar. Kindly clean up after your pet and dispose of waste in the outdoor trash can.

- No events, parties or large gatherings.

- Check-out is at 10:00am. Late fees may apply if the guests fail to check out on time.

- Minimum age to book is 21.
