Welcome!
We are proud Colorado natives and mi casa es su casa (think of our home as your home)! Our townhome has everything you will need to feel at home and locals can tell you that Olde Town Arvada is the perfect home base for Downtown Denver excursions as well as for mountain adventure days. We are so excited to share our home with you and we are available for anything you need!
The space:
Our townhome has two levels, with two-bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, and a half bath downstairs. The main bedroom (The Bison Room) has a queen bed and spacious closet. The guest room (The Wildflower Room) has a queen trundle-bed as well as twin bunk beds. Between the two rooms there is space for up to seven guests. Our home is fully renovated with a large fully-equipped kitchen, new appliances, and a washer/dryer in the unit.
Other Amenities:
You will also have private access to a driveway, a one-car-garage, and a private back patio with grill. Other important amenities we have are 600mb WiFi, a Smart TV for streaming, an on-demand electric water heater, keyless entry, and central heat and A/C. We also left you some mountain tailgating supplies like coolers, camping chairs, foldable wagon, etc.
Family Friendly:
Since we raised our kiddos in this home we have every amenity you’ll need for babies and toddlers like a highchair and pack-and-play crib as well as kid plates, cups, and utensils.
Location:
We are located near Denver’s Olde Town Arvada neighborhood, home to hip Denver breweries and famous bakeries, and also to a light rail which takes you directly to Denver’s Union Station. We are also conveniently located by main highways which means 15-20 minute driving access to popular mountain spots like Red Rocks Amphitheater or to city excursions in Downtown Denver. This is really a great location for all things Colorado!
As Denver natives we recommend you start your front-range adventure with burgers and artisan drinks at Denver Beer Company in Olde Town Arvada, stroll up Clear Creek in Historic Golden, get breakfast at The Cow Eatery in Morrison, hike Red Rocks Amphitheater, stop to visit our bison herd off of I-70 and Genesee, and enjoy Little Man Ice Cream in Denver’s Highlands neighborhood. Colorado natives even use Arvada as a home base for skiing days in Loveland or Eldora.
Guest access:
You will have private access to the entire townhome, including a driveway, one-car garage, and fenced-in back patio.
Other things to note:
Please no smoking or vaping inside the home, but enjoy ample seating in both our front yard and the enclosed back-patio.
