This duplex gives you excess to the top two floors of the house. The third lower level is a separate rental and the bottom half guests do not have excess to upstairs.

Room 1: This is the master bedroom. It has two queen sized beds, a sizable closet, two large windows to brighten up the room

Room 2: This is midsize bedroom with 1 queen sized bed

Room 3: This is a small bedroom with 1 queen sized

KITCHEN:
This is a fully stocked kitchen, with everything you need to cook even the largest of meals!
Comes with:
– Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals.
– Serving utensils.
– Grilling tongs.
– Full set of chef knives.

LIVING ROOM:
This is fully furnished with plush couches and one of them converts into a sofa-bed.

Communication is everything :). I will be in touch with you a few days before your arrival--always through the AirBnB site/app or by cell once you've checked in. Should you need any recommendations, I can give you advice, references, and show you where the shops , museums, monuments,etc. are. Or simply tell you how to avoid the tourist traps if you're in town for a different reason.

Guests have access to the two top floor. The basement is a rental and the guests downstairs do not have access to the top two floors
