Detailed description:
Newly renovated and freshly painted small bathroom with standup shower. It’s your private bathroom.
From the covered front porch with outdoor chairs and table, you will enter the first bedroom through door marked with “B”. You will see a HDTV (with Roku) over a cabinet and a twin bed.
Passing a lockable interior door, you will enter another bedroom with another twin bed, a clothe shelve, a table and a chair.
Passing another lockable interior door, you will see your private bathroom.
NO smoking inside. NO children under 10 years old.
Trash out day: Thursday night. County will pick up trash on Friday.
Charges toward deposit: $35/each if losing key.

100% quiet and residential area. The house is at the dead end street Langley and is surrounded by newly built and newly renovated houses.
