This private 1BR English basement unit is the perfect haven to relax and unwind, providing everything you need to be comfortable and productive during your next trip to DC.
The bedroom has a queen-size bed with a memory foam mattresss and a desk for you to set up your laptop. Additional towels, linens or bedding are available upon request for the pull-out couch in the living room.
The kitchenette has a sink, refrigerator, a toaster oven, air fryer, microwave and burner plus an electric kettle, coffee machine and a French press.
High-speed WiFi, Roku TV on a large flat-screen TV, iron/ironing board, outdoor patio space, deck with table and chairs and large fenced yard.
If you plan on having a car with you during your stay there is ample street parking in front but you are also welcome to use the driveway for off-street parking as I do not park my car in the garage (too big!).
The downstairs unit is self-contained and has its own entrance and access to the yard, patio and deck. It has a kitchen with all you need to cook a meal, although there is no large over (toaster oven is provided).
Located in Washington, this apartment is in the city center. National Museum of Natural History and National Museum of African American History and Culture are cultural highlights, and travelers looking to shop may want to visit Union Station Shopping Center and Tysons Corner Center. Smithsonian's National Zoo and Smithsonian National Postal Museum are not to be missed. Practice your golf swing on a nearby course, or enjoy other activities in the great outdoors, such as hiking/biking trails in the area.
