This unique, modern and tranquil, beautifully furnished second story apartment with balcony that overlooks 19 acres and two owner ponds offers guests a peaceful stay, while close to everything to suit every guest. The fully equipped kitchen includes dishes, cups, glasses, silverware, crockpot, Keurig and brew coffee pots, small mixer, baking pans, pots and pans, spices, Tupperware, food wraps, bread maker, blender, toaster, coffee pots, condiments, dish washing soap, hand soap, trash bags, napkins, plastic utensils, and paper plates and towels. An open concept living and dining includes couch, love seat, recliner, 57 inch TV, stereo, CD player, work station with all desk items, six person dining table, two person bar area, movable island, throw blankets, Kleenex, fire blanket and two fire extinguishers. Two king-size bedrooms includes all linens, pillows, king-size blankets, TVs, ceiling fans, multiple receptacles and USB ports and room-darking blinds. The full bath includes large shower, bath sheets, bath and hand towels, wash clothes, soap, shampoo, hair conditioner, body wash, a hair dryer, make-up mirror and complimentary essentials toiletry blanket for guest use. Hardwood floors throughout, Air-conditioned, free WiFi completes the interior space. Off the living space is the balcony with a table and two high chairs, perfect for morning coffee or watching wildlife. The large covered front porch on the ground level has four rocking chairs, two water hook-ups and multiple power outlets, perfect for boat charging. A fire pit, walking trail, tree house, picnic area with gas grill, easy in and out boat parking, and fee-based Level 2 EV Charging station completes the outdoor space. Numerous cameras monitor outside areas to ensure the safety and security of your family, car, boat and equipment. Our property is located just five minutes away is Riverwood Town Center. This large center includes a Publix supermarket, McDonald’s, Wendy’s, Ironwood Tavern (a 5-star restaurant and sports bar), Root Coffeehouse, Mi Rancho Mexican restaurant, Papa John’s Pizza, Top China, Subway, Starbucks, Woody’s Spirits liquor store, Great Clips, Anytime Fitness, Ocean Nails and Spa, CVS and Security Federal Bank.
