Welcome to this beautiful Highland lakes home that features 4(5th if needed)bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms and is about 11 miles from the course! Walk right into the welcoming foyer and into an open floor plan featuring hardwood floors throughout. The great room is the perfect place for everyone to relax after an exciting day at the Augusta National. There is plenty of seating, a gas fireplace, and large TV for your comfort. The kitchen is setup with ample space for preparing meals and eating. There are 2 stools along the breakfast bar along with a kitchen table. There is a patio right off the living room in the backyard with a spot for grilling. There is a lovely separate dining room with additional seating. The master bedroom and ensuite bathroom are located on the main floor as well as a full laundry room with a washer and dryer. Also, you will find a workout room with fweights. Upstairs, you will find four bedrooms with two bathrooms. In one room upstairs, we have a large TV for viewing. We strive to make your Masters unforgettable so we will consider any special requests you may have.
Evans is home to this vacation home. Augusta National Golf Club and Patriots Park Tennis Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Mistletoe State Park and Whispering Pines Park.
