Guest Access:
The world is your oyster...or at least the house and yard. There’s also a nice school play area around the corner and tennis courts a stones throw away.
The fireplace never gets used due it's age and location on the outside wall. It is pretty but it is also highly inefficient and the lighting process is cumbersome so for those reasons we ask that the fireplace not be used.
The Neighborhood:
Located in a quiet, beautiful residential neighborhood, and less than a five minute drive north of Downtown Appleton, you will absolutely fall in love with the charm of this home and the surrounding character homes of the neighborhood. Streets lined with tall trees and safe sidewalks in every direction will lead you on nice quiet walks or jogs around the area. THIS is the spot!
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft are available. The city bus station is downtown. Plenty of parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway if you have a vehicle. Street parking allowed during the day, and overnight seasonally if the city is notified.
Interaction with Guests:
I'm always a phone call or text away and can be available if assistance is needed.
Appleton is home to this vacation home. Hearthstone Historic House Museum and Charles A. Grignon Mansion are local landmarks, and some of the area's attractions include Fox Cities Performing Arts Center and Building for Kids Children's Museum.
