The Feeling Zen theme unfolded after the beautiful bamboo floors were installed. The warmly colored multi-shaded bamboo begged for a slightly different more earthy feel than some of our other units. Asian inspired furnishings and decor, light green walls and black and white local canvases come together for a Feeling of Zen at Unit 9 in Ritchie Village.

Yes to private in unit laundry, full mini kitchen, private garage access, and we’ve upgraded the bed size to a king since these photos were captured. New white leather couch also just added and an entertainment package at this unit includes 65″ Roku HiSense TV in the living room, a second 43″ Roku HiSense TV in the bedroom and a cable and WiFi package.

This unit’s bathroom has walk in shower and no tub, so it’s ideal for an individual trying to find a living arrangement with no steps.

Additional recent updates include a full sized stove, dishwasher, large electric fireplace and custom tile kitchen table to match the new tile backsplash.
Appleton is home to this apartment. Building for Kids Children's Museum and Chaska Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Tri-County Ice Arena and Fox Cities Performing Arts Center.
