The Lodge at Rancho Maderas is only 30-40 minutes away from many San Diego attractions. It is a 1850 square foot, 3 bed, 2 bath self-contained pet-friendly retreat for families and friends who want to get away from city life and experience nature in a private ranch. Guests especially enjoy the heated pool and spa.
The space
Filled with cacti and other desert landscaping, enjoy the huge breezy gazebo for gatherings, gas BBQ for evening cookouts and gather around the fire pit with cocktails and smores! Out here in the country, the stars jump out from the heavens on a clear night.

HVAC splits, allow everyone to control their own temperature in each bedroom. Quality sleeping accommodations will provide you and your guests with restful nights after a day full of swimming, horseshoes and corn hole.

Guest access
You will have access to the property with an electronic keypad for entry. Codes are unique to every stay and change after your checkout for guest safety.

The property is professionally cleaned after each stay by a local family cleaning business who knows our property extremely well.

Parties, events, or excessive noise are not allowed. Please be respectful of our neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9PM-9AM. Violations after our initial warning may result in your removal from the property.

We are located in a rural community and, although this is a vacation destination, it's home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and peaceful environment.

We do not allow smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises; including the use of e-cigarettes and marijuana. Those found in violation will incur a $350 cleaning fee.

We understand accidents happen, so if there is any accidental or intentional damage caused to the home, please let us know prior to your departure.

This property may have video surveillance in outdoor public spaces to ensure the safety and security of all guests. There are no cameras inside the home. Noise meters may also be present in and around the property to ensure quiet hours are followed.

We will only receive a notification of a noise event if the noise decibel threshold is exceeded. Please try to keep the fun at a respectful decibel level at all times,
but at night we ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if this sounds like something that will not work for your group, our property might not be the right one for you.

Occupancy is limited to the number of guests you indicate on your reservation. Any additional guests or visitors must be approved by your host.

Please, watch your children closely in the pool and spa, **swim at your own risk** Never have children under 14 unattended in the pool area. No diving allowed.

Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, including the use of the pool and or hot tub, by accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests assume the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.
