Bedroom #1: Primary with king bed, Smart TV, gas fireplace. Opens to a large terrace overlooking the city and hills of San Diego county. Separate work/office area off the bedroom . (Second Level)

Bathroom #1: Primary with standing shower, separate bathtub, enclosed toilet and large walk in closet (Second level)

Note: Pack n play, iron and ironing board, queen size air mattress in walk-in closet.

Bedroom #2 -King bed, Smart tv, opens to large private terrace overlooking gardens and pool (First Level)

Bedroom #3- 2 Bunk Beds-Twin/Twin with attached 2 trundle beds. (First Level)

Pack n Play-Located in the second level primary closet.

Game room: Foosball table, two video games, large Smart TV, plenty of sofa seating. Opens to backyard pool area.
Garage: Fully renovated, with billiard table, air hockey, large screen TV, and washer/dryer

Indoor/outdoor living with connected family room and living room opening out to massive covered patio with dining table, large gas grill, and separate seating area

Outdoor area:
Unwind outside in the lavish backyard equipped for all your relaxation needs! Soak in the radiance of the Southern California sun. Take a dip in the large fenced in pool or hot tub and enjoy the stunning views.

Extra Amenities:
The Highest Speed Wi-Fi to help support all guests working remotely or distance learning.

Smart TVs throughout the house and living areas (You are welcome to log into your own Netflix or other smart tv accounts)

2 Thermostats:
1 located by the game room/garage door.
1 located by the bunk room.

Other Details To Note
-Living room fireplace inoperable.
-The fan and light combo in the master bedroom is inoperable.

No parking in garage. Parking available onsite in driveway.

This is a family friendly neighborhood. We want guest to relax and have an incredible time with family and friends. This is not a place to throw a party.
We do not allow parties of kind.

Disclaimer: By accepting this reservation, you are holding the owner harmless from any accidents or injury on the property, or any accidents or injury from hot tub/pool/fire pit. No children are to be left unattended in or by the pool at all times.
Must be 25 or older to book

This is a residential neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect their surroundings.

Please be advised that the noise ordinance in this area is from 9pm-9am. 10 pm everyone needs to be inside

No music in backyard at all times.

Again, this is a family friendly neighborhood and we have to respect those around us, music will echo to other neighbors yards and there will be a fine.

POOL/SPA
It is optional to heat the pool.
If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum.

There is an additional fee to heat the pool.
Prices vary depending on the time of year.
Oct-March: $150 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
April-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum.
July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum.
(you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's).

Please Note:
We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees.
Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions.
We can make an exception however it does cost more.

Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee.
PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE.
It will disable the system causing nothing to work.

Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool.
The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it.

You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time.
We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed.

The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Hot tub heater must be turned off after use and overnight.

Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool.

Pool Vacuum-Please Note:
Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!!
If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. If the pool vacuum gets disconnected, please submerge under water to get out the air bubbles before you reconnect.

We are a smoke free home, this also includes the backyard. This includes vaping and marijuana.
- Any smoking on the property will result in a $500 fine.

We do not allow ANY parties at any time.

Guests listed in the booking are the only guests permitted on the property at all times. NO additional guests permitted.

We do not allow any pets in the home due to severe allergies, this also includes any service or emotional support animals. Due to severe allergies we are unable to accommodate.

Green bins are only for landscaping. There is a $500 fine for throwing trash in the green bins or recycling bins.

PLEASE NOTE:
There are a few days of the year that we don’t allow check -ins and check- outs. These specific dates are designated as pass through days.
