The paddle ball courts are free for walk up use unless otherwise in use for scheduled events.

RESORT POOL POLICY:

Booking also includes 2 passes to one of the two resort lagoons in the area. While our condo is located within the bounds of Saddlebrook Resort, they have recently discontinued day passes for purchase.

Located in Wesley Chapel South, a neighborhood in Wesley Chapel, this condo is near theme parks and by the sea. Advent Health Center Ice and Mirada Lagoon are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit KRATE Shopping Center and Shops at Wiregrass. Looking to get your feet wet? Your booking includes a cleaning fee in order to keep your departure as relaxing as possible. there is no need to strip beds, etc. please do not pile damp or wet towels on any carpeted area.
Dishes can either be left in the sink or put in the dishwasher. otherwise, just keep in mind that check-out is at 10am to allow ample time for cleaning and sanitizing.
