Just bring your clothes and toiletries to come and stay at this great property. Located in the Monroe Meadows community, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is well located to allow easy access to activities in both Tampa and Orlando. With a first floor Master and a separate TV/Bonus room in the upstairs loft, this home is ideal for families to spread out or for grandparents coming down for the cold northern months and having plenty of room for family to come and visit. Whether you spend your days golfing at the 5 nearby golf courses, visiting nearby attractions such as Busch Gardens or Clearwater Beach, or taking a day trip to Disney World, this lovely home with all of the things you need to live comfortably will be a great retreat to call home during your stay.
Identification verification required. No cats allowed. Small dogs considered on a case-by-case basis and may require an additional pet deposit. There is NO fenced area for pets to roam free. There is also a retention drainage area behind the home, so not ideal for small children since it has NO fence.
