This amazing 5 bedroom house is very close to down town, skiing and beaches.

On the top floor you will find the garage that is available for parking, the kitchen, laundry room, a 1/2 bath and the main living room.
Down from the top floor we have a very cozy second living room, the master bedroom with a king bed and private full bathroom, bedroom 2 with a queen, bedroom 3 with a queen and a full shared bathroom in the hallway.

Down one more level is the amazing theater room! Family and friends will have so much fun with movie nights! There is a sauna on this level for relaxing and shared full bathroom in the hallway. On this level is bedroom 4 with a king and bedroom 5 with a twin over twin bunk bed.

Per Local ordinance, the county wants travelers to pick up keys and to check-in in the office, educate guests and do a property overview. For this reason we don't do self check-in. Thanks for understanding!

Notice that renters will be issued parking placards which they and their guests must display on the driver’s side dashboard of their vehicles, that renters and their guests will be required to park only in designated parking areas, and that failure to park in designated parking areas and/or display the parking placards may result in a citation and fine of $500.

Please note - prior to booking there is 25 years of age minimum requirement & must be present during entire stay and is strictly enforced. Driver's License will be required and requested for all bookings. Failure to meet minimum age requirement upon check-in guest will be evicted and will NOT be refunded for the entire stay.

Pet Policy: This property is pet-free, NOT pet friendly. Please note if an unauthorized pet is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged.

No Smoking: If any signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300.00

We provide a complimentary starter set of paper products, toiletries, and linens. Additional items will be the guest’s responsibility to purchase.
