Lake Village's recreation area has something for everyone. A large swimming pool, in-ground hot tub, saunas; and hiking near by. We also have tennis courts and pickle ball courts. For the kids we have a playground, and in the Clubhouse we have a ping pong rooms.

Amazing hiking and mountain bike trails right out the front door. Spacious kitchen for those who love to cook, lovely living area to sit by the fire, large entertainment room with an 65” TV, beautiful patio, 2 free parking spots. The space
Please be aware that our home is nestled among trees and does not have central air conditioning. However, we offer ceiling fans, portable fans, and a central fan to ensure your comfort.
I want your stay to be enjoyable and comfortable. So I put extra thought into achieving this desired goal for my guests. Bedrooms have been equipped with cozy memory foam mattresses and white linens. Bathrooms have a plentiful supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, luxury towels, blow dryers, Q-tips, etc.
Coffee maker, French Press, and supply of coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, and a basket of snacks is available to you and your guests every morning. As for the evenings, I believe you can enjoy Wine. Therefore, 2 complimentary bottle of wines will be waiting for your arrival!
I love game nights, so I have provided some games for you to enjoy! Also, having two smart TVs with Fire Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, Prime Amazon in the home allows for you to watch an array of movies and TV shows on demand.

Essentials provided: linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea, salt, pepper, additional seasonings, cooking oil, dish soap, new sponge every turnover, laundry detergent, and much more. All the comforts of home!

The max overnight occupancy is 8 persons and strictly enforced.

Arrival
Upon arrival, visit the Lake Village Clubhouse office With your picture ID (300 Clubhouse Avenue Zephyr Cove, NV 89448) to receive your parking and clubhouse passes.
Policies and House Rules:
All Guests are required to read, house rules and policies that includes listing each traveler.. You will have access to our phone number and email address. You can text, call or email anytime.
Must be 25 years or older to book. Person making reservation must be staying at our vacation home during set reservation dates. All guest (including children) need to be included in the reservation BEFORE the booking.
