Welcome to our Crim House, your home away from home! Perfect for your family vacation and small family venues, our home is extremely close to all of the popular locations people come to Yuma for. Located 2 miles from Ocean to Ocean Bridge Recreation Park on the Colorado River and the Downtown Yuma shopping district, within 5 miles from Algodones Mexico for those that go there for dental, vision, and medical needs, within 7 miles to the Imperial Sand Dunes for all the winter ATV, sandrail, and side by side enthusiasts, within 20 miles of Martinez Lake, Fisher's Landing, Senator's Wash, and Mitry Lake for all you summertime boating enthusiasts. There is plenty of space on this corner lot property to safely unhitch and park your trailered fun toys. We even have a 25' covered RV type shade structure where you can park your trailer behind a locked gate and keep it out of the weather if needed. There is covered parking for one vehicle and streetside parking for up to 6 vehicles.
When you come home to our Crim House, you can settle in and relax on our leather furnishings, and feel like you are on a cloud on our huge memory foam bean bags while watching your favorite show or game on our 72" smart TV.
Like playing games? Enjoy a friendly game of cards or other family friendly games in our "Hold Em' Cell" game room set up with an original 1970's 8 person poker table. We also have several other family and kid friendly games for your entertainment.
Time to cook? Our kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare your meals. Our stove brand new electric stove has a 5 burner top and the oven is capable of being used as an air fryer for those on the healthier side of eating. We have the blender, mixer, toaster, microwave and other items to help you with your meal prep. We have a full sized bar-b-que grill in the back yard with full propane tanks ready for your grill master to cook up those steaks, burgers, chicken, etc. We have enough silverware, plates, dishes, bowls, glasses, coffee cups, and sooooo much more to comfortably serve 12 people. We have a restaurant style cup rinser at the kitchen sink to rinse and reuse your glasses/cups if you'd like to minimize dirty dishes. Our brand new dishwasher will take care of the cleaning for you so you have more time to enjoy your stay. Also in the kitchen is an amazing coffee and tea bar, with a built in beverage cooler for our guests to enjoy. We also have free snacks readily available on the kitchen bar for our guests to enjoy in between meals.
Enjoy eating as a family in our dining room that is separated from the kitchen by the bar counter. Our country style dining table seats 8 people and there is room at the bar for 4 more people so you can all eat together like family should.
Our past guests tell us our bedrooms have the most comfortable beds they have ever slept in. Each bedroom has memory foam mattresses for that floating on air feeling to give you a very comfortable nights sleep. Need room for more than 6 people? We have three 18" thick queen sized mattresses to sleep up to 6 more guests. We have 2 bedrooms with king beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. The main bedroom and bathroom (en suite) is extremely huge. So large it could easily fit a queen air mattress on the floor with plenty of walk space around it. Bedroom 2 is equally as large and can fit an air mattress on the floor if needed. Bedroom 3 is just large enough for the queen bed. The second bathroom is in the hallway and is a Jack-N-Jill style with doors from the hall by bedroom 3 and the other door leading into bedroom 2. Both bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and blow dryer. We have enough towels and wash rags for everyone.
We have a full sized washer and dryer in the laundry room inside the house just off the kitchen, complete with all the detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, ironing board and iron, and even a pull out clothes line for those items you'd want to air dry.
Enjoy the desert landscape of our front yard that is beautifully decorated with native cactus and other plants. The back yard is set up for calm and serenity with a more tropical type setting. Enjoy the shade screen covered area to lessen the sunrays while listening to the water fall. Sit around the fire table as the sun goes down and enjoy the stars.
As part of your Crim House experience, we encourage you to take a family bike ride on our six "Team Framed" beach cruiser bikes. There is a great bike route from our house that will take you along the main canal down to the rivers edge, then along the river to the Ocean to Ocean Recreation Park, then from the park into the Historic Downtown Yuma shopping and restaurant district on Main Street, and from the shops back to the Crim House. We are within a couple blocks of many restaurants, a grocery store, and drug store if the need arises.
For those of you looking for a venue that can accommodate your family and small company events, this is the perfect place. We have successfully hosted family venues such as weddings, receptions, family reunions, graduation parties, birthday parties, baby and bridal showers for up to 50 people. We have also hosted small company parties. Of course, venue rental of this property will have to be agreed to on an individual basis based on your needs and the price for the venues is not the price listed for those wanting a place to stay. Please read and agree to our additional rules. As well, we have voice and video recording cameras on the exterior of our home located at the front door, back door, front of home and carport side of home. Any attempt to adjust, block, disconnect power to, or alter these cameras in any way will result in a $250 fee and subject to cancellation of your stay, loss of any monies paid, and your immediate removal from our property.

Yuma Townsite, a neighborhood in Yuma, is home to this vacation home. Arizona Historical Society Sanguinetti House Museum and Sanquinetti House Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Ironwood Public Golf Course and Regency Main Street Cinemas.
