Pool/Hot tub heating: Hot tub heating is included with your booking. If you'd like to heat the pool, there's an additional charge of $185 per day to heat it, to cover the high cost of fuel in our area.

Please note this house is in a quiet, residential area. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. We do have neighbors and sound travels far in the desert. We appreciate your help with keeping our neighbors happy.

Pet Friendly: We're pet friendly! Two well-behaved pups allowed. There is a $95 pet fee, paid at time of booking.

Check in/Check out: Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am.
