**We are located in the desert with lots of native wildlife. Please be aware this includes snakes, mice, coyotes, insects, etc.**
Due to the location and a current fire ban there is a strict no open flames fire policy. If it is discovered that you have started an outside fire, in a fire pit, using fireworks or other open fire (excluded propane grill provided) means your rental agreement will be terminated and there is a $200 fine.
