The entire property is yours! Please note that there are standalone storage containers in the laundry room that are locked to guests that are being used for supplies for the rental.

A personal vehicle is necessary to get around in this area - rideshare apps are not guaranteed.

Other Things to Note:
-Hot Tub Service-
The hot tub is serviced Tuesday and Friday, approximately between 11am and 4pm. Please note that these times are estimates and may change slightly due to our technician's busy schedule. He will not approach the house but will go directly through to the backyard.

-Dogs-
Pipes Canyon Homestead welcomes your dogs! There is a $100 per dog per stay fee, limit of 2 dogs maximum. Please note on your reservation if you are bringing dog(s) and how many, and we will adjust the price accordingly. There is an unauthorized pet fee of $500. Please use the provided dog sheets before allowing your dogs on any furniture. Cats and other pets are not allowed.

-Guided Yoga, Sound Baths, Meditation, Massages & Personal Chefs-
Please reach out to us if you'd like recommendations for yoga instructors, guided sound baths, guided meditation, massages or personal chefs. Often times vendors are available come directly to the house.

-Security Cameras-
There are security cameras mounted by the front door in order to monitor the quantity of people and cars on the property, so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances. There are no security cameras in any private areas of the home.

-Parking-
Parking is available for 3 vehicles in the driveway.

-Trash Service-
The house shares a dumpster with the neighboring property. The dumpster is located at the top of the driveway.

-Cleaning Fee-
100% of the cleaning fee goes directly to our hardworking cleaners.
