The kitchen is fully stocked with induction stove top and convection oven, microwave, Bosch dishwasher, granite countertops with bar height dining area , table/chairs, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware and utensils. The mud room contains front loader washer/dryer, storage, shelving, ironing board, bench for seating, and hooks for hanging miscellaneous items. The front covered porch, rear screened in porch, and deck allow outdoor relaxing any time of day. The downstairs family room high ceiling allows amazing sunlight to enter this living space daily. This property is ideal for executives on extended assignments, a girl/bro get together, or family with children. The Master bedroom has king size pedestal bed, en suite bath with two sinks, and walk-in closet. There are three bedrooms upstairs; two with king beds, one queen bed and two full baths. In the photos you will also notice two queen beds in upstairs den, with seating area near bay window. There are hardwood floors downstairs, carpet throughout upstairs.
