This house is newly built (2019) and furnished totally new in July 2021. There are 3-bedroom / 2.5 bathrooms. The home is sitting on over 3 acres land on a private road surrounded by a picturesque tress .
Open concept 1st floor for comfort and relaxation after a day at the beach or the town. There is a spacious kitchen with new appliances, and all available services you expect at your home. Next to it is the dining room area. There is also a TV area where you can enjoy your favorite movies or show. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. The opposite side has the living area with a half a bath for convenience . The living area leads you to big sliding door through which you can admire the scenery of the yard and wooded area with surprising visits by turkeys and deer. Through the sliding door you have access to the porch , the yard and picnic area with good size gas grill, firepit, and plenty of Adirondack chairs .

Located in York, this vacation home is on a river. Nubble Lighthouse and Market Square are notable landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Long Sands Beach and Short Sands Beach. Water Country and York's Wild Kingdom are also worth visiting.
