NEW for 2026: We recently completed a 200 square foot patio right along the shoreline, complete with lounge chairs. This along with our dock gives our guests ample spaces to more fully enjoy the clear waters of Lake Alpine.

Our spacious, newer, 4000 square foot house is located on Lake Alpine, the largest (240 acre) and most scenic lake in the heart of Innsbrook. There is a recently completed addition of a 4th bathroom and double bunk bonus room in the lower level! Note that this is considered our 5th "bedroom" and suitable as a kid's hangout. There are also 2 new sit on top of kayaks for a total of 4 kayaks, 4 stand up paddleboards and a brand new 3 person canoe.

We have a STRICT NO PETS policy (including service animals) and NO TOBACCO OR CANNABIS SMOKING policy (inside or anywhere on our property) due to severe allergies in our family. We cannot make exceptions even for hypoallergenic pets. If you can abide by these rules, you'll love our home!

Our house is on two levels. After entering our circular driveway through our manicured lawn and planting beds, you'll park in the roomy, three-car garage and enter via the upper level mudroom offering the convenience of a washer and dryer. There is also an oversized pantries to store all of your consumables. The open Great Room and eating area offer stunning views of the lake, an open kitchen with an island for extra seating, and a wood burning fireplace (firewood and fire starters are provided). The kitchen is well-appointed with stainless steel appliances and is attached to a breakfast area with seating for 6-8 and spectacular views of Lake Alpine. This leads out to a spacious deck with a Weber 2 burner gas grill, and patio furniture/umbrella, offering beautiful sunset views. Don’t worry if you do not want to be out in the elements--there is also a roomy screened-in porch to take in the sights and sounds of nature and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee fresh from our Keurig with coffee pods included in your rental! The smoothie lovers will love the ninja blender. There is a formal dining room that comfortably seats 6-8 guests.

Across the Great Room are the two upstairs bedrooms. The master ensuite bedroom with a king-sized Restoration Hardware bed and new Beautyrest mattress has an open view of the lake. In the master bathroom, there is a large walk-in shower and an over-sized tub, perfect for relaxing. The master bedroom also has an oversized walk-in closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress and faces the beautifully landscaped front yard. There is a full bathroom with an oversized shower across the hallway.

Downstairs is a wide-open recreation room containing a flat-screen TV, a full-sized billiards table, a ping pong table and an upright piano. For more cerebral recreational activities there are various board games for rainy days. Both bedrooms downstairs have direct views of the lake and have queen-sized beds. The third full bathroom is on the lower level and contains a shower/tub combo. A newly added 4th full sleeping/bonus room in our lower level houses 2 sets of twin bunk beds (4 beds total) perfect for our younger guests. There is a pack 'n play to accommodate our smallest guests.

Outside of the downstairs entrance is a large patio that offers spectacular views of the lake. There is one more patio table with chairs, a fire pit and comfortable seating, allowing you to enjoy the beautifully landscaped backyard framed by expansive Lake Alpine. The patio takes you to a rock pathway leading down to the wood dock, a pebbly beach or a brand new pavered deck which is adjacent to a kayak rack. This area is fantastic for sunsets with the pink hue reflecting right off of the lake.

If you like lake activities, our house cannot be beat. You can fish off the dock or take our full-sized canoe or four kayaks out on the lake to hunt for additional fishing spots. We have a live well and fishing net but please supply your own fishing poles and bait. In total enjoy our 4 standup paddleboards, 4 kayaks and 2-3 person canoe! Additionally, all ages will enjoy diving off of our lily pad.

Other amenities include board games and pickle ball equipment to be used on the new pickle ball courts.

Please note the following considerations regarding our property: 1) Pontoon boat usage is not allowed. 2) There is a 4-5 night minimum for most holidays as well as some weekends during June to August. 3) There is strictly NO SMOKING anywhere inside our house or on our property and there are NO PETS allowed during your stay. 4) There is a strict maximum of 12 guests (additional child under 2 is allowed) and 4 cars at any time during your stay. 5) For bookings from May through October, check in on Saturday or Sunday is not allowed. We strive to maintain the home and landscaping, so on occasion, mowing and or landscape maintenance may take place during your stay. We appreciate your understanding for any disruption that might occur. Also we do have 2 outdoor security cameras for the front and back of our house.

PLEASE NOTE: Innsbrook Resort has implemented a 20.00 per day resort fee for all rentals. You will see this fee listed on your reservation as a "pool fee". This fee allows you access to all of Innsbrook's amenities, pools, hiking trails, tennis, fitness center and pickleball courts.

Innsbrook is a serene lake community on 7,500 wooded acres and a short 50-mile drive from St. Louis. Innsbrook offers a championship, 18-hole golf course, huge swimming pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day and subject to a reservation system in 2021) , tennis and pickle ball courts, horse stables with year long tractor rides, various hiking trails, over 100 lakes (some with beaches), conference center, and several events throughout the year including FREE summertime Saturday night outdoor concerts.

Located in Innsbrook, this vacation home is on the waterfront. Geneva Marina and Mooring Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Little Lost Creek Conservation Area and Alpine Lake.
