This studio apartment is on the first floor, It's at the best location of the downtown, easy access to all city activities and service.

- Newly installed mini split air conditioner, very cool and quiet. (AC for cooling is available only from June 1st to Oct. 1st. ）

Other things to note
- Check in after 4:00, check out before 11:00 am.
- You will receive a text before 4pm of your arrival day with all the instructions you need for a self check in.
- Keys must be returned to the lockbox upon checking out. Missing keys or fail to return it will cost you $50.
- Mid-stay Cleaning service for $80 upon request.
- Free parking on a off-street private lot.
- Please explicitly indicate total number of guests on reservation.
- No overnight visitors other than those on the reservation please. We don’t want to engage in confusing discussions on how many guests are actually staying in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding
- No pets. Please explicitly disclose if you are traveling with emotional support animals. No smoking or use of marijuana or drugs on property
- The apartment is in a building with central heating. Unlike a hotel room there is no separate temperature control just for this apartment.

Worcester is home to this apartment. Mechanics Hall and Worcester Historical Museum are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include The Hanover Theatre for the Performing Arts and Green Hill Park. Barnyard Zoo and EcoTarium are also worth visiting.
