Mountainside Getaway is Located 10 mins walk to the Village Green in the town of Woodstock. Located 2 hrs Nth of New York City, 45 mins to Hunter, Belleayre & Windham ski resorts & 40 mins to Rhinebeck.
Unwind on the large tiered deck with chaise lounges, outdoor dining tables & chairs, or enjoy a swim in the saline pool. One can explore the many charming towns, great live music, local markets and lots of antiquing.
The home sits on 5 acres and is 2200 square ft with a modern, charming, warm and colorful vibe to it with wooden floors throughout.
Upon entering the home you will find a hallway with a bench seat and storage. drawers for hats , caps and gloves. There is a coat closet and a half bath in the entrance hallway.
The stairwell rises to the second floor where you will find the 4 bedrooms and a landing with a wall paper featured wall depicting the native wildlife one can see around the Catskill Mountains. The washer and Dryer is also located on the landing for your convenience.
The Master Suite is sun filled with large windows facing East and features a designer light, baseboard heating, balcony, skylight in ceiling , blackout curtains and an ensuite bathroom.
The second bedroom houses a double bed , with dresser and closet with shades and a modern flare.
The twin room with trundle bed has a lovely view of the deck , pool and woods and has a closet and dresser space.
The smallest bedroom has a twin size bed, and small closet, but is quaint, cozy and has a large window that looks out over the pool and deck.
The Kitchen is fully equipped with a farmhouse sink. There is a large island that seats 5 and the bright yellow stools add a colorful , modern touch. There is also a built in breakfast nook which seats 6 . The kitchen features a GE Refrigerator/ Freezer with Ice maker, GE Gas Cafe Series Semi Professional Range, Miele Dishwasher and is fully stocked with dishes, pots, pans and utensils ready to cook any gourmet meal.
There is an additional chest freezer in the cleaning closet under the stairwell.
Located in Woodstock, this vacation home is in a rural area and next to a golf course. Hunter Mountain and Kaaterskill Falls are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda.
