This is a Double End Unit with a private courtyard. Bedroom 1 has a Trundle w/ two single beds & 1 Bunk Bed. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed plus loft suitable for children that is accessible by ladder. The Cottage features 1 Bathroom with a shower. There is a private courtyard complete with Adirondack chairs, a charcoal grill (charcoal provided), chiminea, and a picnic table. This unit sleeps a max of 6 Adults. We are pet friendly with a $50 per pet cleaning fee. Pet must be registered when you book along with all the guests.

The kitchenette features a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, and a Keurig Duo coffee maker plus all the basic utensils, plates, cups etc.

We are walkable to Lake Winnipesaukee, the town docks and public boat launch, and to the shops and restaurants along Main Street.

We are two doors down from Foss Field which runs along Back Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee which has pickleball and basketball courts, a playground, a big grassy area. The entrance to the Cotton Valley Rail Trail is a few doors down in the other direction. It's a beautiful walking riding path into the center of Main Street on Railroad Ave.
Located in Wolfeboro, this cottage is in a rural area and on a lake. Clark House Museum and Castle in the Clouds are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Winnipesaukee and Wentworth State Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Hampshire Pewter Co. and New Hampshire Boat Museum. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the ice skating and sledding.
