Located near popular fishing spots, this charming home features three comfortable bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area. Enjoy modern amenities like high-speed Wi-Fi, smart TVs, and a private backyard. Just minutes from local shops and restaurants, it’s ideal for both family vacations and fishing trips. Experience comfort and convenience in a prime location!
-No loud noises after 9pm. Our neighborhood is important to us, and most residents live here full-time. Please respect the community and try to avoid making loud noise between 9pm and 7 am.
-Please remove shoes at the door and refrain from wearing shoes in the house -Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms.
-No parties or events.
-There is no smoking in the apartment or on the premises.
-There is one designated parking spot on the premises for your convenience. If you have more vehicles, they will need to be parked on the street.

Feel free to contact me 8am-7pm, Monday-Saturday. Our family tries to turn phones off for 24 hours each week between Saturday-Sunday night.
